Attracting tens of thousands each year, Greenbelt is a faith based festival that brings together arts, worship and learning. Livability is an associate of the event and each year runs a wide range of activities, to share our thinking on disability, inclusion, church and community life. From running workshops, having chats with people in our Livability tent and meeting up as community – Greenbelt is always a wonderful opportunity to connect. Greenbelt is well known being one of the most accessible festivals by providing ramps, accessible toilets, hearing loops and wheelchair recharging stations. To find out more, visit the Greenbelt website here.
As a long-term associate a of Greenbelt Livability is pleased to be supporting Greenbelt’s communion service this year. Running at 10 am on the Sunday morning, the communion service brings the entire festival community together for a time of reflection, journey and celebration. This year’s service will explore themes of inclusion, disability, celebration and community.
We are so excited to be part of this service. It’s going to be a place where everybody has something to bring. We welcome all impacted by disability to come and take part on Sunday 27th at Greenbelt:
If you would like to come and be part of the two hour service please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more details.
You can come have a chat and a cup of tea at the Livability tent throughout the weekend.
