Everyone and anyone can enter Parallel London – disabled and non-disabled, beginner and pro.

Are you passionate about tackling barriers in people’s lives and working for more inclusive communities? If so, join in and support Livability by taking up one of our FREE charity places at Parallel London – the fully inclusive fun push/run at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park.

Take on one of Livability’s 100 free charity places

We’ve launched a special challenge – you can take up one of our 100 FREE charity places available at the event. All we ask is that you raise £150 (or more!) for Livability and we’ll support you with all the fundraising tips and guidance you’ll need.

Any participant who needs support can be accompanied by a buddy or a guide, free of charge.

Parallel London is an event for the whole family. Adults participating in the challenge can bring up to three children (16 years and under). There is a minimum age for unaccompanied participants in each challenge:

100m (1 year+) | 1km (6 years+) | 5km (9 years+) | 10km (13 years+)
